Family Centered Nutrition

Through every stage of life, your needs change.

Nutrition counseling is individualized, taking into account your stage of life, your family, and what matters most to you. Strategies are grounded in evidence-based approaches and informed by a strong understanding of growth and development.

Whether you’re dealing with picky eating, mealtime battles, or worries about whether your child is eating enough or growing as expected, you’re not alone.

Every member of your family has unique needs, but feeding them shouldn't feel this stressful!

Our Approach

A family-centered approach, supporting both parents and children with structure and responsiveness without turning meals into a power struggle. A weight-neutral approach prioritizes health and well-being while supporting sustainable habits.

What To Expect

You can expect a comprehensive assessment of your dietary habits, preferences, and any challenges you may be facing. You will be provided practical strategies for incorporating during meals, and goal setting towards a better future.

There’s no one right way to eat. There is a way that works for you and your family.

Do you work with parents or just kids?

Both! You will leave sessions with clear, practical tools to support your child at home, while your child is supported with strategies to make trying new foods feel more manageable.

What if my child refuses most foods?

That can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. Some children benefit from more targeted support from professionals such as occupational therapists or mental health counselors, with guidance provided in building the right team.

Is it just for picky eaters?

Not at all. I support a range of feeding challenges from mild pickiness to more complex patterns, including ARFID.
