Hello and welcome to my corner of the world! I’m Sarah, a seasoned dietitian with an obsession with all things nutrition and health. My journey has been marked by hundreds of stories from people experiencing the harms of diet culture, unrealistic beauty standards and misinformation. These mixed and harmful messages can come from well-meaning family, friends, doctors, social media influencers and even strangers happy to tell you what is best for YOUR body. The truth that has become clear to me over the past decade….there is no perfect way to eat or be. You are unique and your body has needs unlike anyone else. No fads, no quick fixes—just taking small, meaningful steps towards a fabulous future self.
Advocate and Educator
In addition to my work with clients, I am committed to raising awareness about eating disorders and promoting body respect and sovereignty. I actively engage in ongoing education, staying at the forefront of nutrition science and health promoting interventions. Through articles, social media, and community engagement, I strive to create a space that promotes body positivity, self-acceptance, and a balanced approach to nutrition. I have a personal goal to use my platform to create a recovery-friendly space with recipes and resources free from the influences of diet culture.

IF I WASN'T A DIETITIAN, I would be a pastry chef or travel blogger.
I SPEND MY WEEKENDS recipe tasting, trying new restaurants and playing with my two amazing kids.
MY FAVORITE FOODS are sushi and tacos!
